cough cough...

(euskera)
Argazki kamara nirekin eramango nuela hitz eman nuen...baina hitza jan egin dut...nire aitzakia gaixorik egon naizela da. 10 egun eztulka eta lo ondo egin barik...gaur medikura joatea erabaki dut. Unibertsitatean dagoen Health Center-a joan naiz. Doan da ikasleentzat (doan doan ez da ere...badakit nolanahi ordaintzen dugu eta)!!! Badirudi bronkitis dudala. 7 egun antibiotiko eta jarabearekin eta kito! (Erremedio naturalak ez dira aski izan). Kontsultara sartu banio leheneago fitxa luze luze bat bete behar izan dut. Galderak ni eta nire osasunari buruz ziren. Medikuak fitxa irakurtzen zegoela esan dit: "Badakizu auzokoak garela? Ni 202ean bizi naiz!". Hori nire ate aurrean da! Baina orain arte ez dugu elkar inoiz ikusi. Lezaman hau gertatzea normala izan daitezke, Bilbon koinzidentzia haundia, baina Chicagon eugundokoa! Ez dakit tratu berezirik izand dudan ala ez honez gero baina oso ondo portatu da nirekin.

Gaurko argazkiak nostalgiaz beteta daude...niretzat...

The promise of bringing my camera with me everywhere...the wind blew it away (there is a lot of wind in Chi-town you know...). My excuse is that I have been kind of sick. After 10 days of coughing and lack of sleep, today I decided to go to the doctor. I went to the Health Center at school since it is free....(well...free, free...I am sure we pay for it somehow in our tuition). So it seems like I have bronchitis. 7 days on antibiotics and cough suppressant and I should be fine! I hope...Before I went in they ask me to fill out a questionnaire. I had to answer a thousand questions...(at least). When the doctor was reading my file she asked: "Do you know that we are neighbors? I live in unit 202!". We had never seen each other before though. This in my hometown Lezama would have been kind of normal, in Bilbao a huge coincidence, and in the immensity of Chicago it just seems unreal! So it was pretty cool and I do not know if I got any special treatment because of that but she took really good care of me.

The photos from today are overloaded with nostalgia...for me....
